"Workshop" Package

Sample Schedule for 8 hours of instructional time

Friday Night Rehearsal (evening/night) 2-3 hours

Saturday Rehearsals (morning and afternoon) 4-5 hours

Expenses to band program in addition to fee:  

1)    Consultant flight (or IRS-rate driving mileage reimbursement)  for Friday Arrival, Saturday night departure.  Approximately $300

2)    Transportation to and from airport and hotel

3)    One night hotel stay with included breakfast buffet.  Approximately $100

4)    Dinner Friday evening, Lunch Saturday Noon  Approximately $50

"Mini-Camp" Package

Sample Schedule for 16 hours of instructional time

Wednesday Rehearsal (afternoon or evening) 4 hours

Thursday Rehearsal (full day) 8 hours

Friday rehearsal (morning only) 4 hours

Expenses to band program in addition to fee: 

1)    Consultant flight (or IRS-rate driving mileage reimbursement)  for Wednesday Arrival, Friday Afternoon departure.  Approximately $300

2)    Transportation to and from airport and hotel

3)    Two night hotel stay with included breakfast buffet.  Approximately $200

4)    3 Lunches, 2 Dinners  Approximately $90

"Camp" Package

Sample Schedule for 24 hours of instructional time

Monday Rehearsal (afternoon or evening) 3 hours

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Rehearsals (full days) 6 hours per day

Friday rehearsal (morning only) 3 hours

Expenses to band program in addition to fee: 

1)    Consultant flight (or IRS-rate driving mileage reimbursement)  for Monday Arrival, Friday Afternoon departure.  Approximately $300

2)    Transportation to and from airport and hotel

3)    Four night hotel stay with included breakfast buffet.  Approximately $400
